End User License Agreement This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a contract between you and Banzae BI for Power BI, and it governs your use of [product name] (the “Software”). You agree not to use the Software for any other purpose than running it as intended and to not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software in any way. Disclaimer of Warranty You acknowledge and agree that the Software is provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. You agree that your use of the Software is entirely at your own risk. Limitation of Liability You acknowledge and agree that Banzae BI for Power BI shall not be liable to you or any third parties for any claims, damages, losses, costs or liabilities arising out of your use of the Software. Additionally, you agree to limit the amount of damages you can recover from Banzae BI for Power BI to the actual amount of money you paid for the Software. Termination You acknowledge and agree that Banzae BI for Power BIreserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your license and access to the Software if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In such case, you agree to immediately cease use of the Software. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the [Country], without regard to principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes, actions, claims or causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Software shall be exclusively brought in the court located in [City] in [Country].
